Speculative Sci-Fi Television Drama – Creator & Writer

Set in 2094 New Orleans, SIM is a speculative drama about the uneasy aftermath of a rebellion that granted limited autonomy to humanoid AIs—artificial intelligences built to look and act like people.  With the city on uncertain ground, new forms of control emerge, and questions of memory, identity, and belonging surface in unexpected ways.

The series blends Afrofuturism, Southern history, and emotional realism, building on my academic research into Black sound, memory, and cultural reslience.
